On summer days, the Henschotermeer lake is a great place to swim, sunbathe and play. This lake is surrounded by a beautiful white sandy beach and the bottom slopes gradually. You can also drive to the lively city of Utrecht in about half an hour, and here you can do some shopping or visit the Railway Museum or the Nijntje (Miffy) Museum.
